London-based iSqueeze have implemented PODFather’s ePOD and logistics system, which saves them hours of admin work every day and has become essential for their business. Founded in 2011, iSqueeze is the UK’s leading provider of commercial juicing machines and fruit and supply over 500 locations across the country. As the company continued to expand, the old paper-based system they used just didn’t cut it anymore and it was time to look for a better alternative. That’s when they discovered PODFather.
Elias Ebert, Managing Director at iSqueeze, explains: “We saw another company use the PODFather system and heard good things. Our old system was very time consuming and we were more than happy to eliminate the unnecessary admin work, so I went browsing and decided to go ahead with the system.”
At the beginning, Elias did have a worry that the new and unfamiliar system could cause the invoicing to be done incorrectly and therefor lead to lost or incorrect invoices, however, when the system was implemented his fears were put to rest. Today iSqueeze rely on the PODFather system and feel safe in the hands of the team.

Since implementing the PODFather ePOD and logistics system, iSqueeze save about two hours of data entry, checking paper POD’s and alike, every day.
Elias explains, “We use the system for many different things and every element is very important to our business. Managing our routes is much simpler now thanks to the Route Planning module, and the Tracking tool is a dream because it greatly improves our customer service.”
He continues, “If a customer calls in asking where their delivery is, we can have the answer for them without trying to reach the driver. Since we can get this information online via tracking, we can give the customer the answers instantaneously without interrupting our drivers. We would definitely recommend PODFather to other companies.”
