This includes both in and outside of the workplace, including (but not limited to) business trips, work-related events or social functions. Bullying, harassment or sexual harassment means any unwanted conduct, verbal or physical, via email, text message or social media channels, including discriminatory remarks or actions, whether during working hours or otherwise, and whether it is conducted via our IT systems or equipment or otherwise.
All third parties and suppliers must:
- Treat all individuals with dignity and respect
- Comply with all applicable UK laws and regulations relating to bullying, harassment and sexual harassment.
- Ensure their staff and representatives adhere to this policy
Podfather employees are encouraged to report any and all instances of bullying, harassment or sexual harassment that involve a third party or supplier in line with our reporting procedure, as detailed in our Anti-Harassment, Sexual Harassment and Bullying policy.
Podfather will take all reasonable steps to deter and prevent any form of bullying, harassment or sexual harassment from third parties taking place. Any reports from employees of bullying, harassment or sexual harassment by a third party or supplier will be taken seriously and investigated thoroughly. Appropriate action will be taken where any third party or supplier is found to be in breach of this policy, including termination of the business relationship and legal action where applicable.
