Zero Tolerance to Bullying, Harassment and Sexual Harassment

Podfather operates a zero-tolerance policy in relation to bullying, harassment, or sexual harassment directed at any of its employees by third parties, including customers, suppliers, visitors, or partners.

This applies to all interactions, whether:

  • in the workplace
  • during business travel or work-related events
  • through electronic communications such as email, messaging platforms, or social media

Bullying, harassment, or sexual harassment includes any unwanted conduct (verbal, physical, or written), including discriminatory remarks or behaviour that creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive environment.

Expectations of Third Parties

All third parties and suppliers are expected to:

  • treat all individuals with dignity and respect
  • comply with applicable laws and regulations relating to workplace conduct
  • ensure their employees and representatives understand and adhere to these standards

Reporting and Enforcement

Podfather employees are encouraged to report any instances of inappropriate behaviour involving third parties in line with internal reporting procedures.

Podfather will take all reasonable steps to prevent and address such behaviour. Reports will be taken seriously and investigated appropriately.

Where a third party or supplier is found to be in breach of this policy, Podfather may take action, including termination of the business relationship and, where appropriate, legal action.
