Our journey

Podfather has been helping companies manage their fleet logistics for over 20 years having launched in the year 2000.  Back then we specialised in bespoke software development.  In recent years we have switched to delivering an out-of-the-box solution that helps companies plan, manage and track their vehicle resources.  We have over 20,000 users across a wide variety of industry sectors.

We have some great people, and amazing clients, here at Podfather.  I am incredibly proud of every team member who has contributed to our success over the years. We started over 20 years ago with three employees and a dream of developing something amazing.  We have achieved that and so much more.  I can’t wait to see what the future has in store and am honoured to be leading the business at this exciting time.

Podfather is not just a business, it's not just a solution; Podfather is a team of hard-working, dedicated individuals who are committed to helping companies solve logistics problems with smart yet easy-to-use software.  Culture is one of the cornerstones of our business; we want to work hard but have fun while we are doing it.

The Podforest

We are working with the charity Trees for Life to help with the rewilding of the Scottish Highlands.  It's our way of giving back some of the savings we are delivering to our fleet operating customers.  Using Podfather you can cut your CO2 emissions dramatically, through the reduction of fuel usage, wasted miles and paper.  Every year we save thousands of trees from being cut down and The Podfather Podforest is our way of contributing those savings to a good cause.
