Cybersecurity Awareness Month 2025: Our Ongoing Commitment to Protection

October is Cybersecurity Awareness Month, and at Podfather, security isn’t just something we think about once a year, it’s embedded in everything we do.
Earlier in 2025, we proudly passed our ISO 27001:2022 recertification audit, which takes place every three years and is much more in-depth than the annual surveillance audit. This comprehensive process covers all controls and, this year, marked our transition to the latest version of the standard, adding even more value to our already robust security practices. Passing such a rigorous assessment reinforces our commitment to protecting customer data and maintaining the highest standards of information security.
Alongside ISO 27001, we also renewed our Cyber Essentials certification, ensuring we’re protected against common cyber threats. These certifications aren’t just badges, they give our customers confidence that their information is safe with us.
Our security-first mindset is supported by strong processes, regular employee training, and a culture that makes security everyone’s responsibility. From maintaining cyber hygiene best practices to proactively monitoring emerging threats, we work year-round to keep our systems and data safe.
As Cybersecurity Awareness Month wraps up, let’s keep the conversation going, staying informed and vigilant is key in today’s digital world.
Podfather’s Cybersecurity Top Tip: Pause before clicking links or opening attachments, especially from unexpected emails or messages. Verify the source first; a few seconds of caution can prevent a costly breach.
