Here we refer to you as an ‘originator’, so a company that may have its own fleet of vehicles but uses third party hauliers to get some or all of your jobs completed. As an originator, you have ultimate responsibility for ensuring that completed jobs are compliant.

As an originator your current process is likely to leave an element of doubt around customer service, efficiency and compliance. The number of jobs you need to complete will exceed your fleet capacity, if you have a fleet at all. Podfather will take the strain out of managing the process of allocating, monitoring, tracking and reporting on work being carried out by third party service providers on your behalf.

The Solution

In its simplest form, Podfather will allow you to allocate jobs/loads to third party service providers. The service provider then completes the work, and the completed job information is digitally fed back to you. You have full, real-time visibility of what work has been allocated and completed by whom on your behalf.
