We have made it as easy as possible for information to flow from your existing systems into ours. PODFather provides multiple methods of integration to both upload jobs and download completed POD data with your existing ERP, sales order, WMS or invoicing systems.
You can integrate PODFather into your existing infrastructure using web services or sFTP. Jobs can be uploaded either unallocated or pre-routed and assigned to a driver depending on what systems you already have in place, and PODs downloaded as soon as they are completed.
There are three ways information can be input into PODFather:

Not got an existing system? No problem. PODFather provides a back-office solution which lets your office staff enter jobs on either a one off or recurring basis. A spreadsheet import option is also available to speed up data entry.
The PODFather solution includes a customer portal that can be added to your own website for your clients to enter jobs. Saving you time and improving your service.

About our Application Programming Interface (API)
The PODFather API has been designed to allow the ease of integration of our solution into your existing IT systems by using JSON, XML or CSV file formats with data files transmitted via web services or sFTP. Once has a job has been processed in PODFather, or marked as completed via our App, the API can be used to download the completed proof of delivery information in either CSV, JSON or XML file formats. PDF reports, showing collated information, can also be downloaded along with photographs and signature captures, and archived on a local server (if required).

BAKO North Western (Group) Limited, the leading nationwide supplier of bakery products and ingredients, is seeing significant savings having rolled out PODFather’s fleet management and electronic proof of delivery software. BAKO’s multi temperature vehicles deliver to the thousands of customers nationally and BAKO needed a system that could rise to the planning challenge presented by its high-volume operation. Having been impressed by the PODFather system’s breadth of functionality, flexibility and ease of integration, BAKO were able to roll out delivery tracking, vehicle check, customer notification and electronic proof of delivery technology in a matter of weeks. BAKO North Western (Group) process orders at each of its locations and with PODFather seamlessly integrated into its ERP solution, job information automatically flows between the two systems. ODDBOX, the UK’s food-waste-fighting fruit & veg box subscription service, has selected PODFather’s fleet management and electronic proof of delivery solution to optimise plans across its rapidly expanding operation.
