Get started with PODFather

Getting started is as simple as 1, 2, 3 (…4, 5)

It really is simple though, we promise!
Step 1 - Business Requirements
Tell us how your business works

PODFather is not a one-size-fits-all solution. The first thing we like to do is understand how your business operates and we can then customise the system to best fit how you work. Send us an email or just pick the phone to get the ball rolling.

Step 2 - Integration / Customisation
Tailoring the software to suit you

Following on from your business requirements, we’ll provide a quotation that will cover system set up and integration. Upon acceptance, we will then work with your business and IT teams to deliver a solution on-time and on-budget. It is common for us to integrate with existing systems that are used for order processing, warehouse management and accounts.

Step 3 - Hardware
The right hardware is essential

The main PODFather system is cloud-based so you don’t need to worry about server infrastructure, but you’ll need to ensure your drivers have the right mobile hardware in place. If you need new devices, we have a network of hardware and mobile partners in place that can provide devices whilst the account set up work being carried out.

Step 4 - Monthly Licensing
No lengthy contracts, no fuss

PODFather is charged on a monthly basis that includes all software licensing, hosting and support. These costs will be quoted at the start once we understand your business requirements and the functionality you need from the system.

Step 5 - Support
Always here to help you

Once you are set up, we will always be available to help. It’s our priotity that the system works well for you and adds value to your business. Support is available through a dedicated technical helpdesk that will understand your set up and ensure everything runs smoothly.
