PODFather allows you to process completed jobs into invoices within seconds of them being completed. Invoice values can be based on set amounts entered at the point of booking or made to vary based on information captured as part of the job completion process.
Simple approval process
Uninvoiced PODs go through a quick and simple 2 step approval process by Accounts users to generate invoices.
Once invoices have been processed and approved, they can be sent via email to your customers. All invoices will include the completed POD number to help speed up any invoice queries you may have to deal with at a later date.
Approved invoices can be batch exported from PODFather and imported into your existing accounts systems. PODFather has generated invoice batch exports for common accounts systems like Sage, SAP, Pegasus Opera, Navision and Xero amongst many others.
