Here’s how our process works:
- Tell us how your business works: The first thing we like to do is understand how your business operates so that we can make sure your PODFather system is configured in the best possible way to meet your needs. Send us an email or just pick up the phone to get the ball rolling.
- Let us make some tweaks, if you need them: We will work with your operations and IT teams to deliver a solution on-time and on-budget. It is common for us to integrate with existing systems that are used for order processing, warehouse management and accounts.
- All you need is a basic iOS or Android device: The PODFather system is cloud-based so you don’t need to worry about server infrastructure, but you’ll need to ensure your drivers have the right mobile hardware in place – most Android and Apple devices are compatible so this shouldn’t be a big deal. If you need new devices we have a network of hardware and mobile partners in place that can help.
- Easy to manage payment terms & conditions: PODFather is charged monthly based on the scale of your deployment. The monthly charges cover all software licensing, hosting and support. These costs will be quoted at the start of the project once we understand your business requirements and the functionality you need from the system.
- We are always here to help when you need us: Once you are set up, we will always be available to help. It’s our priority that the system works well for you and adds value to your business. Support is available through a dedicated technical helpdesk that will understand your set up and ensure everything runs smoothly.
